Twilio Integration with Lead manager

Important Note: Before making a call, ensure you have set your Geographic Permissions. You can do this by clicking here for more information.


Step 1: Navigate to Lead Manager

1. Open NanzaCRM and navigate to Lead manager:

2. Open NanzaCRM and navigate to Setup:

  • Go to: Setup → Settings → Lead Manager → Twilio Voice Call.

Step 2: Configure Twilio Settings

In the Twilio Voice Call settings, enter the following information:

  • 1- Account SID:
  • 2- Auth Token:
  • 3- Twilio Phone Number: Ensure no spaces are used in the phone number. The correct format is: +1123456789.
  • 4- Twiml App SID:

Step 3: Retrieve Twilio Account Details

1. Log in to your Twilio Account Dashboard.

2. Find the following details:

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token

Step 4: Find Your Twilio Phone Number

1. Log in to your Twilio account and navigate to your phone numbers: Twilio Phone Numbers.

2. Go to Phone Numbers → Manage → Active Numbers to find your Twilio number.
