Why the Client Cannot Trade if they Have Enough of Balance?

If you face this type of problem when the estimation shows enough of balance but the client still cannot trade, this is because they have the funds in another currency.

IN THE CRM


1. Go to "Manager Platform" on the crm in the menu on the left side of the page to log in to the user's platorm.



2. Choose the "Users" tab.



3. Press on "View" in the user's name.



4. Choose the "Summary", go to "Main" and change the currency to the one you have funds in (on our example, it's Euro).



5. Go to "Settings" and change the currency to the one you have funds in (on our example, it's Euro). Press on "Submit" to save the choice. 



After the page is reloaded, you will be able to see the changes and will be able to also trade.
