CRM EMAILS
IN THE CRM
1. Go to "Setup".
2. Find the "Email Templates" section.
3. Choose pre-configured templates for common CRM events you need.
4. Click the template name.
5. Edit Subject and Text.
6. When you're finished editing, click "Submit".
PLATFORM EMAILS
IN THE PLATFORM
1. Go to "Setup".
2. Within Setup, click on "Admin Platform".
3. Under Admin Platform, go to "Templates".
4. You’ll now see a list of Platform-related email templates.
5. After editing, click "Submit" to update the template.
WITHDRAWAL METHODS
IN THE CRM
1. Go to "Setup"
2. In the Setup section, select "Admin Platform".
3. Under Admin Platform, click on "Trading".
4. Go to "Withdrawals".
Leads vs. Leads with Trading Accounts
IN THE CRM
Leads can enter the system with or without a trading account.
Leads are listed in the CRM but cannot trade or deposit until they are converted.
The action Convert to Trader actually means:
The lead becomes a Client
Or becomes a Depositor (once they make a deposit)
To create a Trading Account:
Go to Leads >> click on Lead >> Open Trading Account >> Put in the password and the trading account will be open.
To see leads in Traders:
Go to Leads >> click on Lead >> Convert to trader
Once the lead has a trading account, you can view it under the "Platform" tab.
You can edit the trading account only if you created it or have permissions.
You can modify: Stocks, Coins.
