How to Give the Access to the platform to the Staff Member?
IN THE CRM
1. Make sure the "Leads" permission of the agent allows the access to at least "View Own". You might want to ensure in similar settings for "Traders".
2. Make sure the "Trading Platfrom Access" permission of the agent allows the access to at least "Platfrom Manager".
3. Make sure the lead is "Assigned" to the agent.
4. Check the "Platform" as you press on the lead.
