How To Open A Support Ticket


ON THE PLATFORM


1. Press the "Contact Us" button on the bottom right of the screen.



2. Fill in the ticket form fields such as subject, message, name etc.



3. Press the "Submit" button to open and send your ticket.



4. Your new ticket will appear inside the "Open" section in "Support" tab in the CRM.


IN THE CRM


1. Go to "Support" in the left menu and click on "Open".



2. Press the "New Ticket" button.



3. Fill in the ticket form fields such as subject, contact etc.



4. Click the "Open Ticket" button to add your new ticket.
